Today, some 30 volunteers are active in the organization;  they contribute their skills and time for Chen, they assist in every day activities and projects. Some of the volunteers are members of management, and through committees they supervise the activities and assist in the development of new projects.

Contact with volunteers is personal and constant.

The volunteers take part in meetings and lectures on professional subjects.

The organization sponsors outings, lectures and social activities for the many dedicated volunteers as a way to thank them for their generous contribution.
