The rehabilitians in the program arrive at work on their own and work one or two shifts based on a plan individually tailored to them.

The facility accommodates wheel-chair access. The jobs are varied and include tasks such as weaving disposable cutlery and more complicated tasks such as the construction of cardboard organs. 

Each rehabilitant receives wages in accordance with his output. Incentives are granted for arriving on time, wages are paid for special jobs such as purchasing, mail handling, gardening and landscaping.
